Cariuma's sneakers are also produced using ethical and fair labor practices, ensuring that workers are paid fairly and work in safe conditions.

Cariuma is committed to reducing its environmental impact and has implemented a number of initiatives to achieve this, such as using recycled packaging and offsetting its carbon footprint through tree-planting programs. Through this they have planted more than a million trees through their terrestrial biome restoration program, and they have expanded their impact to the seas by doing coral reef restoration.
